Experience Points

Do I really have to explain this? Okay very well, Experience Points(EXP) are points needed in order to level up your pokemon just like any RPGs. and they can be gained through battling as usual. But in Pokemon Delta, we have our own system on how we calculate EXP gained when your pokemon defeated an another pokemon battle. So here it is:

All we need to do is some addition and multiplication

In a battle, you gain 1 EXP point if you defeated a first stage pokemon
2 EXP points if second stage
3 EXP points if final stage and eeveelutions
4 EXP points if one stage only pokemon and legendary

and a bonus of 1 points if it is common
2 points if uncommon
3 if rare including fossils and pokemon evolved from trading (and starters too!)
4 if legendary
(the points depend on the place where your character is. For example, an Oddish is common is Place A so you get a bonus of 1 point. but in Place B, Oddish is rare so you get 3 points)

If it is a wild pokemon, there is no bonus. However, if it is a NPC Trainer's Pokemon, you get a bonus of x1.5. if it's a Player's Pokemon, a x2 bonus

An another x2 bonus if your pokemon is holding a lucky egg.

Not just that! You also gain EXP when finishing a thread so write very well Very Happy and those EXP are meant for the whole party. The criteria is:

Base EXP: 10 points

+1-5 points for the quality of the thread - I mean is it readworthy? Did you write a well-written story in the thread?
+1-3 points for the grammar - we're not Grammar Nazis but anyways...
+1-2 for creativity - this is putting picture and other stuff in the thread to make it look beautiful

Oh, if you've gained the perfect 20 points for example, you must distribute it to the party and you can't distribute it to the Pokemon who are in your PC.

Experience Table

So, Pokemon have different growth rate and they are : Erratic, Fast, Medium Fast, Medium Slow, Slow and Fluctuating. These 6 are the basis on how fast or slow your pokemon will level up. This means they have a different EXP requirement before they reach that level so here's the table.

Level 1-25:
Level 26-50:

For now, the level cap is 50 since the RP is in still under development and testing
